2025-2026 General Update (GENUP): Annual mandatory update course for brokers (Provisional or full) who wish to maintain their estate license on active status and are NOT designated by the NC Real Estate Commission as a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) or as BIC-eligible at the time of the course.

Anne Rasheed is our CE Instructor for the 2025-2026 license year. All courses are offered via Zoom. Anne utilizes various instruction methods, including presentation slides, group breakout rooms, polls, and discussions. Anne is a very engaging instructor who keeps the attendees’ attention.
